Bootybarre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that tone, define and chisel the whole body. Bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility training with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.
R.I.P.P.E.D.® is a cardiovascular combination class with fun movements set to high-energy music. Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet are all featured in this 55-minute class.
VINYASA FLOW YOGA
In our Vinyasa Flow class you will learn how to synchronize breathe with movement as you focus on linking conscious breath with mindful flow. In Vinyasa classes, students awaken their strength, revitalize their energy, and rediscover their flexibility in a fun atmosphere.
F.I.T. Camp is a 55-minute combination of conditioning drills and strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement training perfect for improving fat loss and metabolic function. This boot camp style class may take place inside or outside, depending on the exercises and the weather.
A unique small-group extreme cross-training program, F.I.T. Rush utilizes a specially designed rowing machine to provide high-intensity, calorie-torching intervals along with functional strength and sculpting sessions targeting legs, core and arms. Motivated by friendly team competition and motivational coaching throughout the session, you’ll find yourself reaching new heights of fitness and health than ever imagined. (8 person maximum per class)
