BODYPUMP™ is for those ready to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP instructors lead the class through resistance training techniques that result in a sculpted physique, tight core, and total body transformation. (Available as 55, 45 or 30-minute workout.)

BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout where you can punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories* in one class. Including Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu techniques this class is no contact, no experience needed. (Available as 55, 45 or 30-minute workout.)

LES MILLS GRIT ™ Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves strength and builds lean muscle using barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. Add in powerful music and inspirational coaches, and you’ll be motivated to go harder and get fit, fast.

LES MILLS GRIT™ Plyo is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) plyometric-based workout, designed to help you perform like an athlete. This workout uses a bench and combines explosive jumping exercises with agility training to build a lean and athletic body. Add powerful music and inspirational coaches training right there with you and this is one class you can’t wait to get back to.

LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn using a variety of body weight exercises for a challenging workout and fast results. LES MILLS GRIT Cardio combines HIIT with powerful music and experienced coaches who will inspire you to work harder and get fitter, fast.

One of the most popular group exercise classes in the world, Zumba classes groove to the beats of salsa, flamenco, and merengue, feeling more like a dance party than a workout. This high-energy class features choreographed dance numbers and is perfect for any level of fitness seeker that wants to have a little fun.

Bootybarre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that tone, define and chisel the whole body. Bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility training with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.

R.I.P.P.E.D.

R.I.P.P.E.D.

R.I.P.P.E.D.® is a cardiovascular combination class with fun movements set to high-energy music. Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet are all featured in this 55-minute class.

VINYASA FLOW YOGA

In our Vinyasa Flow class you will learn how to synchronize breathe with movement as you focus on linking conscious breath with mindful flow. In Vinyasa classes, students awaken their strength, revitalize their energy, and rediscover their flexibility in a fun atmosphere.

FIT CAMP

F.I.T. Camp is a 55-minute combination of conditioning drills and strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement training perfect for improving fat loss and metabolic function. This boot camp style class may take place inside or outside, depending on the exercises and the weather.

FIT RUSH

FIT RUSH

A unique small-group extreme cross-training program, F.I.T. Rush utilizes a specially designed rowing machine to provide high-intensity, calorie-torching intervals along with functional strength and sculpting sessions targeting legs, core and arms. Motivated by friendly team competition and motivational coaching throughout the session, you’ll find yourself reaching new heights of fitness and health than ever imagined. (8 person maximum per class)

FIT 45

FIT 45

Combining the best of personal training with the motivation of group workouts, F.I.T. 45 is a small group program offering both intensive weightlifting and cardio intervals designed to improve cardiovascular condition, build lean muscle, and burn more fat. No two workouts are the same, and the entire gym is fair game. (8 person maximum per class)

Studio Guidelines & Class Policies

Here’s a few guidelines and useful tips for hanging out with us at FIT HQ. We can’t wait to see you there!

  • Arrive 5-10 min early
  • Bring your own towel
  • No glass water bottles allowed
  • We provide a limited amount of yoga mats, but if you value your Zen, we recommend investing in your own mat to avoid undignified mat tug-of-war situations.
  • Please mention any physical limitations to the instructor prior to the start of class
  • When entering a class late, please begin in the back of class
  • During class, please keep conversations to a minimum
  • Saving places is not permitted
  • Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes or colognes
  • No phone calls or texting during class. (We get it, emergencies happen. For everyone’s safety, please move to the side or back of the room if you must use your phone.)
  • Be sure to wear appropriate footwear and clothing for each class. Not sure what that is? Just ask our instructors, or call us at 559-739-7850, we’re always happy to talk FIT fashion!
  • Everyone’s unique – and we love that about you! However, organized fitness classes are not the best place to bust a move and break out into your own routine. For everyone’s safety, follow your instructor’s lead. (But we’d still love to see your Hammertime after!)
