How GRIT Workouts Help Achieve Fitness Breakthroughs

Everyone’s talking about GRIT. We’ve added several GRIT classes to our schedule here at F.I.T. Tribe studios and we’re loving the feedback and results we’ve seen. We’ve had a lot of people asking about it, so wanted to make sure that you know what it’s all about. And how anyone, at any fitness level, can integrate GRIT workouts into their routine for some pretty exciting breakthroughs.

LES MILLS GRIT is based on high intensity interval training (HIIT) that increases aerobic fitness, helps develop lean muscle tissue, burns fat, and even helps to burn calories for hours after each workout. The workouts are designed to challenge YOU, no matter what level you are at, which is exactly what FIT Tribe is all about. Don’t hesitate to let your instructors know about physical limitations or issues you might have so that they can show you modifications that will still allow you to push your limits.

GRIT CARDIO workouts improve cardiovascular fitness, increase speed, and maximize calorie burn. GRIT PLYO is designed to make you perform like an athlete. And GRIT STRENGTH incorporates weights and is designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. All of the classes are filled with non-stop action; lots of squats, jumps, pushups and plenty of exercises to keep your heart rate up and your body pushing its limits.

You can take one class, or switch around between all three, whatever fits your goals and personality. GRIT classes are 30 minutes long and perfect for taking once or twice a week, along with your normal classes. No matter where you are in your fitness level, it gives you immediate results

The GRIT Challenge: We’ve got GRIT classes – and GRIT Challenges to make it even more fun. Our next challenge will be coming this fall, be sure to watch for the announcement. It’s a 6-week program, and anyone can attend. It’s $125 for non-members, $25 for members, and includes classes, a nutrition plan, private FB group, before and after assessments, and all the support you know we excel at giving our Tribe.
